Here's my meal list for about the next 10 days. We pack our dinner leftovers to each as lunch for the next day, so this covers quite a bit. Not in any particular order:

-Beef Enchilada Casserole (WW recipe)
-Mexican Pizzas (WW recipe)
-Veggie Loaf with Mashed Sweet Potatoes (Detox Diet (DD) recipe)
-Potato Leek soup (DD)
-Milanese Tomato Soup with Warm Potato and Kale Salad (both DD)
-Corn and Kidney Bean Chili with Chickpea Lemon Spinach Salad (both DD)
-Veggie Burgers with Roasted Veggies and Savory Quinoa Salad (both DD)
-Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
-Chicken Piccata (WW) with Italian-Style Crispy Cauliflower (DD)

-Grade B pure maple syrup - to replace the nasty HFCS stuff we had in the cabinet

-peanut butter - ditto - I got Trader Joe's chunky PB without any oil; it's just peanuts and salt. It tastes really good!
